I’m a Master Mindfulness Practitioner with additional qualifications in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Skilled Helping. I have over 8,000 students enrolled in my courses on Udemy.

I also help women and men achieve and maintain their self-esteem. I know. It’s a lot. I’m a massive advocate for positive body image (pun? -intended), and am very proud to have been invited to speak on various panels on this subject.

I’m semi-retired from twenty Years in the I.T. Industry, and now run a little Tech Services Company – where I help local businesses improve their websites, fix laptops and offer general Tech Support.

Being such a prolific writer, I run this blog as well as being in the middle of writing a series of books. The first, entitled ‘My Big Fat Fat: A funny book about dieting.’ was published in 2018.

I wake up in the morning to make people laugh. To summarize everything I’ve learned, I know that making someone smile is the biggest healer.

Retiring to Live by the Sea and Write Books – My Fake Journal – Episode 20

I knew that this morning I was going to be ‘paying for it’ so after an extra hot, extra long shower, I worked some peppermint leg oil into my ankles, knees, wrists, shoulders; all the joints I could reach. I rummaged around for my ‘workout’ wear because I wanted that kind of support today. By the time I got to the kitchen I was a walking peppermint support stocking.
