The internet is all about buzzwords isn’t it? The word ‘Wellness’ has been thrashed on the washboard that is the internet over the last few years. These days it looks like a tired, threadbare thing doesn’t it?
Over thirty days with an open mind you will open a discovery box of wellness practices that you may not have discovered before to try, personalize and tweak so that you can design your own wellness practices. It also serves to rekindle old practices that have fallen by the wayside in our busy lives.
I’m not about cookie-cutter practices here! Find one you love and that resonates with you, and practice it until it becomes automatic behaviour.
In collaboration with peers and colleagues, we bring you a cornucopia of information, meditations, energy practice and many things for you to try during our thirty days together, as well as a personal invite to our tribe who practice daily.
