As usual my lovelies, here’s how my week went, in no particular order:
1- I’m still on the roller-coaster. The first floor of my house is now more or less empty, I have kitchen and garden house left to do. The things I’m taking with me occupy a small corner of one room.
2- Also on the pondering list, how I managed to collect about thirty scatter cushions of various sizes and designs. I could build a den of pillows. Deep, man.
3- Met some weird strangers this week while selling my stuff and putting boxes of books and discs out for people to rummage through. They don’t seem to mind me sans makeup and bra looking like I haven’t seen a hairbrush in a week. I might keep this look. My hobo-goddess vibe. Is there a Goddess of hobos? Hmm.
4- Sums up how I feel currently. It has nothing to do with the fact that I’ve been sleeping on the floor for a week. More to do with the emotional off-loading that’s happening as I get rid of sixteen years of ‘stuff’. This too shall pass. Goddess vibe activate.
5- Same as last week, of course, I STILL have ‘the cupboard of doom’ to do and several boxes I haven’t unpacked since I last moved eight years ago. Really looking forward to both… Actually I’ve made some progress. I’ve opened the door and looked in….
Quote of the Week:
