What do you think of when someone says “Me-Time” ?
You might think of a big fluffy blanket, and even fluffier hot chocolate, and curling up on the sofa with a great book (like ‘A Land Gone Lonesome’).
You might think of finding a country pub and plonking down in a booth with your close friends to catch up on the latest news.
All these are wonderful, I concur. But they take planning and co-ordination to happen. Especially if you’ve stuffed the fluffy blanket so far back into your closet that it’s a legendary expedition just to find it.
Also, they might give you ‘a breather’ – but does ‘me-time’ fix anything, long-term? Also, do you think that it might be better to practice me-time every day so you don’t suddenly crash?

None of these cost anything or take up any time at all!
The only thing you need to commit to is thirty days. Post a reply to the “Registration” post that you will commit to thirty days and “Like” my page.
Every other day there will be an info-graphic which gives you tips on how to improve in these areas and every Saturday I plan to do a live Q&A on Facebook, along with a comprehensive note that you can print for detailed information and advice.
A lot of these improvements take just minutes, but require daily practice to see results. I’m so excited! I will be doing this right along with you and so I will discuss my progress with you on Saturday.
